The item was not shipped. I ordered it with 2 garments and although the garments were received and the packing slip showed the wax was included with the garments, it was not. Customer service was unresponsive except to say the wax was shipped and implied I must have been mistaken. Apparently I should not believe my lying eyes.

Unfortunately never received the products I ordered. Very disappointing, but I cannot rate what I never received.

This is hard to get where we live in Canada. Shipping was quick.
